Discusses options and services with clients. Fills in client forms with services requested. Must be willing to learn about products and be able to advise and inform clients. As an Intake Rep, you will learn to look at pet records and mark the forms appropriately.
As a Holder/Vet Assistant, you will assist the client and doctor by lifting and lowering pets, properly securing/restraining the pet for vaccines and examinations, cleaning the exam table between clients, and performing other miscellaneous, though very important duties.
Fills out paperwork for recording visit, totals invoices, dispenses and documents medication sold. Must be customer oriented, patient and calm, able to focus under pressure.
Our Greeter is the first team member the client encounters. Our greeters are friendly and welcoming to all our clients and their pets. Greeters will hand out clipboards and forms to clients and explain our process. Must be comfortable giving direction and working under pressure.
